Trems and conditions
1. Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued.
2. Work Start Date: Work will start 4 working days after the contract is signed and the advance payment is received.
3. 3D Design: Before starting the physical work, a 3D design will be created. The company will work strictly according to that approved 3D design.
4. Measurements: While working, if any problem arises regarding measurements, a joint re-measurement (Company + Customer) will be done. This joint measurement will be considered final.
5. Scope of Work: The company will do exactly the work that is written in the contract.
6. Payment Mode Options: You must pay 95% of the total amount during the work. You can choose one of the following payment plans for this 95%:
– Option A: 35% (Advance), 35% (Middle), 25% (Before completion)
– Option B: 40% (Advance), 40% (Middle), 15% (Before completion)
– Option C: 60% (Advance), 35% (Before completion)
7. Final Payment: The remaining 5% of the total value must be paid by the customer at the very end, before the handover.
8. Material Selection: You have to choose materials selected/provided by the company. These materials come with a warranty.
9. Outside Materials: If you select materials outside of the company’s list, you will have to pay extra for them. Also, the company will not provide any warranty for these outside materials.
10. Extra Work: If the customer asks for any work that is not in the contract, it will be considered “Extra Work.” The contract will be updated, and a new charge will be applied for this work.
11. Canceling Extra Work: If you confirm any extra work (via agreement or SMS) and then decide to cancel it, you must inform us within 3 days. After 3 days, cancellation is not possible.
12. Booking Cancellation: If you need to cancel your main booking, please do so within 3 days. The advance will not be refunded if the booking is canceled after 3 days.
13. Delays Due to Emergency: Due to natural calamities (like flood, cyclone) or other emergencies (like political issues, death, etc.), the final completion date might be delayed by a maximum of 15 to 30 days.
14. Worker Abuse Policy: In any case, if a worker is abused or harassed without reason, the company will not tolerate it. The company reserves the right to immediately close the customer site.
15. Outside Interference: If the customer creates a problem and forces workers to do work beyond the contract, or if the customer allows outside workers/contractors to work on the same project site simultaneously, the company (House Dressing Interior) will stop the work immediately until further discussion.
16. Payment Delays & Lost Wages: If the customer fails to pay according to the agreement, the workflow will be hampered. In this case, the customer must take responsibility and pay for the workers’ lost wages for the days they sat idle due to non-payment.
17. Handover: The final project handover will only be done after the full payment is closed (100% received). If there is a delay in payment, the handover cannot be done.
18. Company Errors: If the company (House Dressing Interior) makes any mistake during the work, it is the company’s responsibility, and the company will definitely solve it at no extra cost.
19. Disputes & Legal Action: If the work is stopped due to customer issues (payment or behavior) and the customer refuses to resolve it, the company will calculate the work done versus payment received. If the issue is not resolved, the company will take legal steps.
20. Electricity and Water: The client must provide free electricity and water at the site for the duration of the work. Any utility charges (electricity/water bills) generated during the renovation period are to be paid by the client.
21. Permissions: It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions (Work Permits, Gate Passes) from the Building Society or Management before work begins. Any delay caused by lack of permission will not be the company’s fault.
22. Debris Removal: The quotation covers the interior work only. Removal of debris (garbage/waste material) from the site to a dumping ground is chargeable extra, unless specifically mentioned in the contract.
23. Working Hours: The work timeline is calculated based on a standard 8-hour working day (e.g., 10 AM to 6 PM). If site restrictions limit working hours (e.g., work is only allowed for 4 hours a day), the project completion timeline will increase.
